moto g 2nd gen internet issue

A question about : moto g 2nd gen internet issue

Got the recent update Lollipop 5.0.2 and since my data connection doesnt work.

Tried a factory reset but my data connection still doesnt work, WIFI works fine but since I updated to this version I cant get any data connections.

Anybody know any fixes for this? I had a google and it does seem to be an issue for some but can't get any fix for it

• You did check your APN settings, didn't you?
• Works fine for me since updating this Morning.

• You say you have checked all the settings but have you asked EE to resend all related settings.
  Don't know about EE but most networks have an online form to request settings to be resent via text.
  Its obviously not a fault with the phone so I don't see how Motorola can help with this.
• still the same, It already had the correct settings but I went in and removed them and EE sent the setup text again but still no data connection
• I've been rejecting it since Friday. I wish it would stop bugging me to upgrade every couple of hours though
• wish I hadn't bothered aswell! Phoned EE and they had me put in the APN details manually but they says there is nothing else I can do and would need to go to motorola but they aren't much help either at the moment
