A question about : MightyDeals again, failing to meet commitments!

So, at the turn of the year I posted a thread about heated car seats that were advertised for Xmas delivery but, when getting the confirmation e-mail from MightyDeals, indicated they wouldn't be despatched until the New Year. Well, to their credit, MightyDeals acknowledged this and credited me back with the costs of the items (thanks). However, when the seats did arrive (!) I aksed how to send them back and was advised by Francessca in customer support, via email on the 21st January .....if you send them recorded delivery (we will refund any postage costs to you)....
Despite sending a scan of the PO receipt and recorded signature, no refund. A bit more chasing and I now get an e-mail that says If you have returned the goods then the returns postage is always refunded by the merchant...

This company just sells vouchers and if you have any problems, you are own your own and, quite possibly, out of pocket.
