A question about : Married Quarter Question?
Good Morning,
I'm having a few problems with selling my property & a problematic ex threatening taking it to court to sell at a loss with a possible CCJ.
I'm due to get married August 2014 then move into a MQ so would they not let me do so if i had a CCJ against my name?
Regards

- Aircraft Handler,
It wont be a problem. MQ Charges are taken from your pay. - Thanks alot for your advice thats a massive weight off my shoulders.
Regards - What A_O said, MQ charges taken from your wages so no problems
- Not sure what the current policy on "debt" is but having a CCJ against you may be looked at seriously.
Hopefully it wont come to that, but just be aware!
