A question about : Lower left, does this policy apply to the Welsh?
Best answers:
- Of course. How many times do we hear ' they were all speaking English before we went in.'
- Welsh speaking claimants do not need to use translators. The DWP and other organisations, like HMRC, have Welsh speaking departments and alternative means of contacts to deal directly in Welsh. The newspaper refers to immigrants.
