A question about : London to New York Return 2 people Business class Ј1007

https://www.lacompagnie.com/fr

Google a bit and you will find they have big seats but not as good as BA

61 leg pitch 26 wide

But try getting BA business class at that price!

Best answers:

  • Based on personal experience I find getting home to Hampshire from Luton can be faster than Heathrow, and JFK immigration if you catch it at the wrong time yikes.
But comparison sites do include Luton in the range of London airports and Newark in the Range of New York airports
  • Lots of availability on the offer fares - this is a great deal. Remember to book by credit card in case the airline runs into difficulties.
And for those of us north of London, Luton is far easier to get to than Heathrow or Gatwick!
  • Well you can fly from Heathrow to Newark with US Airways same sort of dates for nearly Ј4,700 for 2 people, is travelling to Luton worth saving over Ј3,600?
  • I think it is important to realise you will not get a full business class experience at this price but it may still be a good deal. It appears they fly with only three cabin crew meaning the meals take a long time to be served and the seat is not really a lie flat seat at all. The real worry is that the airline will burn through its money quickly, it certainly hasn't made a profit on the Paris route and with only two planes, if one goes tech. you could be waiting a long time for a replacement, still it might be worth a go if you plan to travel before the peak summer season
  • I am going in October, so no special offer (yet), but my perspective isn't that of comparing it with full business class like BA but if I can get flights for the same as what I would expect to pay for economy
Re cancelled flights, and lots more details about the flights https://carlosmeliablog.com/2014/08/l...tique-airline/
Seats do (some of the time) go to 180 degrees, but at an angle
  • They have something in common with Norwegian, the flight times are poor.
