A question about : Local Service Compliance Interview??
Recieved a letter from Local Service Compliance around 3-4 days ago telling me that a home visit has been arranged for this upcoming Tuesday 24th of Feb to check if there has been a change in circumstances. Contacted the number at the top of the letter and was told by the advisor that it's just a standard review and to have my last 3 months worth of bank statements and some form of identification to hand on the day of the visit. Is this a normal procedure? I'm panicing so much and I don't even know why... I have nothing to hide and I'm sure I haven't done anything wrong should I still be worried?
Best answers:
- I think it's only natural to be worried even if you've done nothing wrong.
Rather like having a Police car behind you even though you're not exceeding the speed limit people still tend to worry !
From reading other posts on here, I think you'll find that you are not the only one having a compliance check.
Just have everything to hand that they've asked for and you should be perfectly fine.
