A question about : Littlewoods Reclaiming Nightmare?!

:confused:Hi all.

I wanted a bit of advice regarding Littlewoods 'Stalling' methods in relation to reclaiming their ridiculous charges from any others that are either in the process of reclaiming or have been successful with their claim.
I sent off for statements got them and worked out the interest and charges (i am in financial hardship due to being unemployed, unfit to work due to disabilty) because i want to claim as much back as possible. I sent off a letter (bank hardship letter amended) asking for my money back stating that I am flat broke and didn't beleive the charges reflected the true cost to them and low and behold I didn't get any response for a month. But today (about 16 days late) I got a letter from them saying that they take this information and other complaints very seriously and will therefore carry out a full investigation in to this matter and that they will be in touch.
But my problem is this - they are not committing to a date or time limit when they will get in touch and are going down the FULL INVESTIGATION route. My main fear is that they are gearing themselves up to start dragging their feet rather than looking through 12 months worth of statements and replying to me.
Has anyone recieved a similar response to this? What was the outcome?
What if any is the time limit that they have now after asking for my charges to be refunded to sort this matter out?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
