The thread has been up and running for a while now and hopefully has helped out a lot of people with some great deals. A big thankyou to everyone who has contributed and great to see this becoming one of the most popular threads on MSE.
For newcomers to the thread looking for deals there is a mass of pages to look at so hopefully I can bring you up to date. Amazon continues to be a great starting point for most Lego sets but also as suggested by Lugh_Chronain check the megashopbot for cheaper prices elsewhere.

One for the Future -- Amazon Black Friday 21-25 November, could be worth keeping your eyes peeled for some mega bargains in this, just be prepared to be sat ready at the keyboard things go in seconds.

Still pricey but 2 good sets - Boots have 3 for 2 on some Lego sets at the moment although I do find Boots a lot more expensive so would probably not be a big saving if any. I read a thread on here about a possible Boots points promotion at the weekend though so might be a bit more worthwhile for someone then with the extra advantage card points.
Hope this helps someone. - Forgot to say there a quite a few Lego Hero Factory on Amazon at the moment for Ј4.34. Great for stocking fillers or birthday presents for parties.

All of Amazons lego prices are fantastic, and the best around by miles at the moment. The 4-in-1 fire station pack for Ј62 (retails at Toys R Us for Ј79) is on my shopping list for christmas, and the POTC Queen Annes Revenge beckons to me, it's usually Ј102.99, but only Ј80.99 at the moment - Oh but yes, the Police Boat is cool- goes in the bath too :-)
