lazy loss assessors

A question about : lazy loss assessors

has anybody else had problems with loss assessors seeming not to be doing a great deal to help settle a claim.
my claim was taken on a no win no fee basis, however if I terminate the contract I will be left with the loss assessors cost. Is there anyway of terminating the agreement?
