Wish I'd found this 2 weeks ago!!

As the mother of a very active 5 year old, I'm quite often stuck for ideas to keep him entertained during the school holidays.
I've just found this brilliant educational website tonight (Planet Science) which has experiments such as colour change cabbage, custard gone crazy, grow your own salticle, sky in a jar . . . and loads more.
I've had a quick look through and I think that most of the experiments can be done with store cupboard ingredients, or for very little cost.
Pity he's back at school tomorrow, as we love doing things like this!
