A question about : Just found out I've 7 PPi loans

Hi everyone, to cut a long story short 4 weeks ago I contacted my bank Loyds tsb to see if I had ppi with them, I've filled in paperwork and I've just had a phone call this evening and I've been told ive had 7 loans with ppi 2 of them I had re borrowed whilst they was still running, I genuinely did not know their was insurance on any of them, the loans were from 1989 until 1997. I've only ever banked with TSB, I work for a company which is bonus based on a yearly basis and I borrowed nearly every year, the last loan finished around 2001. I feel a bit of a fool I've paid unwanted insurance, and told the guy on the phone ive worked for the same company since 1989 and still do and didn't need insurance. He has told me I will receive a letter in the next few days I don't know what to expect or if they say I've no case any help appreciated shane

  • So as I understand this link I have no case
  • I had my original PPI claim in 2012 against Lloyds TSB turned down on 2 loans I had. The reason given was that there wasn't evidence that it had been mis-sold.
I was very surprised to receive a letter last weekday I g as part of their ongoing process my case had been reviewed and they were now upholding my claim and I'm due to receive Ј7,500. The loans are 17 and 13 years old so don't think that they don't pay out...
    Good luck!!
