A question about : Jsa query
Hi,
Last week I attened an interview and have been offered the job (subject to checks - which should be fine, just procedure)
Speaking to my new boss, March the 2nd would be the earliest I would be able to start.
Do I have to make the Jobcentre aware I have been offered the job at this stage or do I say nothig and continue to claim till the day I start?
If I mention anything, will they stop my JSA.
Thanks.

- If you want to continue getting JSA then you don't sign off until your actual start date. However you still need to sign on and job search as normal until then.
congratulations. - I told my advisor I had a job offer but no start date yet. it keeps them in the loop but I haven't signed off yet. when you sign off completed the pages in the middle of your book and hand it into the jobcentre. least if you do that you know they have got it.
yes you still need to jobsearch and apply for jobs in the meantime.
