A question about : IVA Help!
Hi,
I run a small coffee shop and have recently entered into an IVA. Since the IVA has been accepted I have realised that I have left a couple of my creditors off the list I gave the IVA company. These people were not invited to the meeting of creditors and did not vote on the arangement. Are they still bound by the IVA or can they continue to chase me for the money I owe them? Does failing to inform the IVA company about them count as breaching the IVA?
I'm in a real panic worrying about all of this, any thoughts would be much appreciated!!
Chris

- I reccomend that you speak to NDL on this. https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/loa...help-plan#help. We do not have a lot of experience of IVAs here as we tend to steer clear of them.
