A question about : item OOS, alternative offered, buyer unresponsive
I'm usually pretty good at keeping on top of my stock levels but this one slipped through
Buyer purchased on Friday, I realised that I was OOS on Saturday & messaged via EBay to offer a similar replacement. No response by Sunday, so directly emailed her (I've not been able to find a telephone number) to apologise & ask whether my suggested alternative would be acceptable to her.
She's not replied to either message (tbh, no reason why she should - it's my fault), so I'm wondering what the best course of action is now ?
ETA: not to worry, I've just requested a cancellation.
