A question about : iPhone picture messaging and virgin

Is anyone else having the same problems I am with virgin mobile? I have an iPhone 5 and cannot send picture messages.

Virgin acknowledge that it is an ongoing problem since October, but seem unwilling to do much about it for me.

They say because I was supplied with a zte and changed, after asking them if it was okay AND they sent me a nano sim for my iPhone so it must have been ok, that I have to stay with the contract.

Any thought or advice peeps?

I am waiting for the team to contact me.
