A question about : If a company sells your loan and ppi. who is responsible???
As title suggests
Best answers:
- You complain about PPI to whoever sold it, even if they have sold your loan on.
If you are talking about a case where you were in default and the money went to a debt collection agency do bear in mind that a PPI complaint win can, in some circumstances, be used again defaulted loans meaning you would not see any refund. - Why have you started a new thread?
