A question about : Idem
Would like to have some help for my son .He had a direct line loan claimed ppi back with help from money saver forum but the problem came after the loan was bought by Idem and now I think arden
.He is now 73 pound in front with his payments however recently they phoned him and pressured him to pay more ,his direct line payment was 106 a month which he paid ok .they then saidpay 160 a month and pay it off in 10 monthswhen I heard I said why pay off quicker you have paid the interest for the longer period
.When he got back to them and said this they said very aggressively you have to pay 160 as you said you would.He rang the financial ombudsman and they are making a formal complaint about their aggressive behavior.We don't know whether he can pay just the 106 as usual as it is due on the 6th.or will he have to find the 160 for the first time ,which will be very hard for him.
