How many competitions do you enter?

A question about : How many competitions do you enter?

I'm curious about how many competitions you all enter on a daily basis and how many prizes on average you win a month.

I've only just started entering these so obviously haven't won anything yet, but it'd be interesting to find out how lucky you guys have been.

Sorry if this has already been asked. I assume it has been asked loads but a search on the forums didn't turn anything up.

• I would just say do as many as you enjoy doing, dont let it become a chore as you will get disallusioned very quickly, but also the more you enter the more chance of winning!

• A quick search of your exact question throws up multiple threads, not sure what you were searching for then?
  The answer will vary, most people enter every competion they want to win so it isn't relevant of how many they enter a day. I enter every competition for the month that I want to win sometimes that will be over a space of a few days or spread over the entire month.
  I know people that enter everything and win nothing and plenty who enter just a few and win loads. I personally feel it's down to luck and you are either lucky or you're not.
  I haven't really bothered that much lately as there is so many other more important things going on for us right now but I have won one biggish prize a month (Ј100 value or higher) and a handful of small value prizes (lower than Ј20 value)
  There are those who dedicate their entire day to comping and win loads but they put in alot of hours per day so don't be put off by those who say they enter 100's a day, if you're playing the game to win it becomes a chore but if you're taking it as an enjoyable hobby for a bit of escapism of what may be then you will have lots of fun and enjoy entering. • lol!! personally I enter at least 75 to 100 per day, so I think around 800 - 1000 per month, sometimes more!!
  from that I may have 1 win per week, sometimes more, sometimes less, but I think most of us who have been comping for years do around the same amount as me.
  It means nothing though, I just introduced a friend at work who is doing what I call 'light comping; perhaps 10/20 per day and she won Ј1000 last week.
  All the good sites with comps will be opn here and you wont run out of things to enter!!

• ITV (THis Morning, Daybreak, Real Deal etc), and Channel5 often have stuff featured in/ just after their shows..
  loon in local press / magazines, and the radio sites..
• I used to do about 100 a day & had small but consistent wins - have now dropped to 30 or 40 & haven't had any wins recently so back to the grind
• I enter around 50 per day, but I have only just started and yet to really get into the swing of it. I am unable to enter them every day as I don't have time. So far I havn't had a win I agree with Iggy, all the competitions will be posted on here and you will not run out of comps to enter. Good luck.

• I started comping at the beginning on february and did about 1000 that month - March I did much less but am back to about 50-100 a day this month. But I had my first proper win last week - a luxury short break in a country lodge. So it does happen! I think this was from my february entries!!
  I can easily do 100+ in a day if I don't have much else on, other times when I just have an hour or so in an evening only about 25+.

• How long do I spend comping? well too long is the answer - I imagine I spend around 3 or 4 hours per day.
  I get up an hour early to do all the magazine dailys now they are spamming more.
  Then I go to work full time, and do all the facebook dailys at dinner....but in the evening after my little boy is in bed I get the laptop out and hammer the comps hee hee!!
  Also I work term time only so every few weeks I get to comp 'full time' at the moment because Im on summer hols I have the laptop open coiinstantly, so Im prob comping for around 8 - 10 hours on and off!
  I dont comp to win as strange as that sounds and thats what keeps you going, I love window shopping and daydreaming of winning, when a win comes in its just a bonus!!

• I do about 200 a day and it takes at least 5 hours, I win between 20 and 35 competitions a month. I'm slightly addicted
• 110? I can enter that many in a normal day
  I have been entering less than when I first started a year ago because so many are things I don't want / need or that my family wouldn't want / use.
  I try not to keep count but the dailies I enter alone must top 100 at least.

  WOW some of you are serious compers, im trying to enter as many as i can in my spare time, so not doing to bad as said entering ones that i would want to win or could give to family!
  with the facebook ones do you have to look at the thread on mse or will you get notified by them??
  im also looking for comps that arent one facebook and just on general sites so any good ones feel free to post
