A question about : Hotels and B&Bs in Bristol

Hi just wondering if anyone knows of any good guest houses/B&B's in central Bristol?
I'm going for a festival in May and in previous years have stayed at the Travelodge Mitchell Lane, once at the Anchor Road TL which I said I'd never return to. Best place I found was King Street Premier Inn but use to get that for Ј29 a night now its a lot more - cant find any deals on hotels.
I am now wondering about a guest house/B&B but not many too central.
I'd be walking back alone at night hence looking for a central location.
Seen a few places on Air BnB website but as alone but wary of staying in someone's spare room.
I'm looking to spend around Ј35/Ј40 for a room with PI and TL I've paid max of Ј35 before but those deals have disappeared.
Events at the Floating Harbour.
