A question about : hotel booking conditions
Hi,
I have booked a hotel for two nights in august for my wife's birthday, its not a normal hotel room but a log cabin with hot tub in the mountainside. Their minimum booking policy at the time was for two nights which I agreed to and booked online giving my card details to them to confirm the booking (although they haven't charged me), they subsequently csent me confirmation of the booking. They have now phoned me to say that they have changed their conditions cane it is now a minimum three night booking policy but they can let me have the third night at a cheaper price for for messing me around. I can't stay for the third night due to work commitments and paying for the third night and staying for two really doesn't make it worthwhile, my question is can they do this legally or can I make them stick to the contract they have made by sending me confirmation

- The third and most likely scenario is either you or they cancel the whole booking at no cost to you.
