Honda CRV hub Caps?

A question about : Honda CRV hub Caps?

Hi 'am after some new hub caps for a 06 Honda CRV. The ones on at the moment are steel & some what rusty in places now.They are the ones bolted in the middle. Could anyone recommend a site to buy a set?

  I am guessing wheels if so buy a set of alloys from a scrapyard

• If you're talking about rusty steel wheels, then clean them back - wire brush in an electric drill - and repaint them.

  Yes seem some YouTube videos, but wouldn't be confident taking tyres off. Will garages order & fit new ones?

• I'm not sure what you are talking about, please post a picture of what you want.
  If you mean the complete wheel, then if steel, as Adrian C says, just clean the rust off and paint with silver coloured metal paint, either with them on the car, or take them off and paint on the flat (you can leave the tyre on)
  If it is some sort of removable cap/cover, then you can remove it and repaint it, or look for a better ones on eBay.
  You can even take the car to a wheel refurbisher, and they will remove the wheels, take the tyres off, repaint the wheels, refit the tyres and replace the wheels for about Ј160-Ј200.
  You can change to alloys, but you need to tell your insurer, and it is likely any second hand alloys won't be far off needing refurbishment anyway.
  The best option is to drop on a set of steel wheels in good condition from someone who "upgraded" to alloys. You do see them from time to time on eBay, gumtree or your local paper.
• Hi..... no I did mean taking the tyre off the car, not the tyre from the wheel. Can you still do a neat job whilst on the car?
