A question about : Homebase Reserve and Collect Appalling Service
I ordered a Reserve and Collect item online for collection today. When I arrived at the store I had to wait nearly 10 minutes to get served. I was then told that my item had not been reserved despite having had confirmation by e mail and text. When I ordered online there were 7 items in stock at the store so at least my journey would not be wasted but the store was out of stock, and the assistant said the stock displayed online was always wrong. Having bought a lot of reserve and collect items online from the likes of Asda, Tesco and Argos, the service has been exemplary, what a contrast to the appalling service at Homebase.
