A question about : Hermes pick up booked

As above- booked pick up for tomorrow and printer ink has run out so can't print the label. No way of getting replacement ink in time. What will happen to the booked pick up and will I be charged extra if they have to come back?
I have looked on the Hermes website but can't find anything about this.

  • The courier won't accept it without a printed label (I had this problem once, and although I'd attached a handwritten label with all the details including barcode number, I was told only a printed label would do). They will re-arrange pick-up probably for the following day, and although this won't cost any extra, I've been told that if the parcel with printed label is unavailable for pickup a second time, the order will be cancelled and will need to be rebooked and paid for again.
