Just looking for people to talk to as not in a great place at the moment. Signed of sick until 18th March with social anxiety and depression, doctor said he will most prob renew that fit note when I see him next. But I'm worse now than when I seen him before

All because I may have to change GP surgeries, which I really don't want to have to

A question about : NHS Dentists

Not been much recently and going to see new one at the weekend.

I understand there are 3 bands now, Ј13, Ј42, and Ј180. For instance, the Ј42 band is for fillings, extractions etc.

Confused at to how it works now. I remember before there used to be a max of say Ј500 that you'd have to pay.

But am I right in saying that now it would be Ј42 for any amount of fillings etc in one treatment? If so certainly cheaper.

Do you know what I can buy to tatoo my own eyebrows in a semi permanent way? Ideally in a natural way.

A question about : Anyone Bought An INR Home Testing Machine?

Hi Everyone

I am seriously considering buying a home testing INR machine as my INR can become very unstable suddenly and I cant always get to the hospital due to ill health. I also hate needles but can handle the finger pricks ok.

Just wanted to know if anyone has bought one or knows anyone who has?

Over the couple of years I have found my moods becoming increasingly blacker, terrible rages and temper in the week or so before my period. Due to the terrible moods I was driving people away and making poor decisions.

Did a bit of research and 4 months ago I bought some Agnus Castus tablets (Femlieve) from Holland & Barrett. My moods around my periods have gradually improved and just had a period with no miseries whatsoever. Im happy and everyone around me is happier!
