A question about : Have i been scammed?? Raspberry Ketone Fresh

I'm not sure whether ot not i am the victim of a scam, yesterday (23/10/2013) i saw a facebook ad from 'Glamour Woman' talking of an offer for three bottles of Raspberry Ketone Fresh and only having to pay the P&P costing Ј4.95.

I took the bait, saw all the discounts and it said money to pay was the Ј4.95 stated so i paid the money on my debit card.

I then checked my bank account and realised they had taken just over Ј150.00 out of my account.

So i then went to check my email to make sure i had an email confirmation of my purchase which at the bottom said i can download a mail-in rebate form for the price fo the product 30 days after my purchase date

Has anybody else used this offer?

Do you think the rebate form is correct and i will get my money back??

• I've done the same as you so I'm hoping it's not a scam either :-/
• I only ordered mine yesterday, so i;m not sure how quick they come through. My dilemma now is whether i return the goods or wait and see if i can get the rebate?
• I've done the same thing, but I ordered on tuesday. I saw a video on youtube where a girl in America had ordered a similar thing from Raspberry ketone fresh. She said that there's a 10 day trial period in which you can cancel your order, which starts on the day that you order! She wasn't told anything about this and only found out from her sister, I haven't been told anything about it either
  Little bit worried but I'm going to wait and see if I get any more information when I get them in the mail.
• I've phoned the number on the email. A guy answered didn't no what I was talking about, and then suddenly did, he said its in the small print about taking more money!!!!! He said I will get the products and can then send them back for a full refund, it's not looking good, only time will tell now! :-(
• My sister got her money back from them after a bit of toing and froing. But did get it eventually. She sent the products back using a tracked service to Ireland, but she did get her money back

  I think i might actually risk it and wait for the 30 days and then try using the rebate form from a link in my order confirmation email.
  At the end of the day i'll learn from this to never be so silly again

• Stupidly I did this too on Tuesday 22/10/13.
  I didn't receive any confirmation email so I straight away panicked and phoned my bank who couldn't help
  Until the purchase stopped pending.
  I tried calling customer services where an automated message have me a GMAIL account to contact.. With no surprise I got NO reply.
  I called the phone number on the T&C for a return number, number doesn't exist.
  The items arrived today (Friday) with no information at all. No contact details or rebate information.
  I've contacted my bank who are going to investigate for

  Definitely not going to stop trying.
  One problem I'm having is that on the order completion page where it said they'd taken my Ј153 but will rebate, I was in such a panic I can't recall WHEN they said they'd rebate???? Did anyone else catch that information?

• If you've paid by credit card, can't you get the money back through them if money taken is over Ј100 (something like that)??

• I to have fallen for this bait. Has anyone got a phone number for them? The ones I have found on the site has an automated recorded thing saying they are dealing with everything via email and when you email shall get a response within 24 guess what no reply. Have contacted the bank of which has stopped any further payments to them and are disputing this with the company.

• I haven't received any confirmation email either, did this last night and realised straight away there was something wrong. Rang the bank but they couldn't help me. Rang the numbers on the website none of them worked, and neither did the email! Don't know what to do!!
• I have done the same thing last night! Realised straight after that something was wrong! They said they will rebate, but haven't sent me an email been to my bank today who said they will investigate after the money has cleared.
  Has anyone had any results? Really dont wanna loose that kind of money and if it has happened to so many of us there must be something to be done?
