  Basically they deliver a box full of ingredients for you to cook 3 meals for 2 (or 4 people), along with recipes. We had Moroccan Chicken, Swedish Meatballs and Halloumi Ras el Hanout this week. The ingredients are good quality, and I've been really impressed with the 2 meals we've had so far. Not sure if I'd continue at full price, but with the Ј25 discount, making the box for the first week only Ј9.99 (with free delivery) it's a bargain. You do have to cancel future deliveries, but that's very easy to do on the website (no need to phone them).

  I received today my first gousto box! I paid Ј9.99, so Ј1.67 per meal! Even if you don't want to continue with the service, is worth getting the first box as there is no way you can prepare these meals for only Ј1.67! e.g. If I wanted to cook the beef stroganoff I would have to pay Ј3.50 per person for the organic ingredients. But with gousto I paid only Ј1.67! You can choose your recipes in advance and just order your first box when you see a set of 3 recipes you like/want to try.
  The Beef stroganoff I cooked was very good and the minced meat a lot, 150 g per person, that's generous. All the ingredients you want are included in the box, except from salt, pepper, oil, butter. Everything comes in a well packed box insulated with wool to keep everything fresh.
