A question about : Goods not received please help
Hi On TV I recently heard one of the money experts say that if you paid for items and you were in overdraft that you could claim under the same rules as the credit card protection.
I paid for hotel accommodation and tickets for Disney Paris totalling more than Ј300 but they never provided any of the accommodation or tickets which meant I had to pay again myself for these. I could not contact them either via email, phone and their website is now gone.
What I really need to know is if I can claim this due to the fact that the money to pay for it came from my overdraft paid by my debit card and if so how do I go about it and is there a time limit?
I hope this is the right forum.
