A question about : Surely the words "xbox one" have no place on a moneysaving forum

I am not just referring to the rrp of the console

If I was going to make the move to a new console I would then need to buy all new controllers and headsets as well as keeping my gold subscription up to date and no longer being able to buy second hand games at a reduced price.

Had a mooch around for online games over the last few months since I cannot be bothered buying any I found them for free

These are however fairly resource dependent and will have a massive toll on your downloading, so make sure you can cover it as Tera itself is about 25GB

A question about : pre order PS4

I've never pre ordered, for that matter I'm normally about a year behind when it comes to buying the latest console, but this time I would like to buy near enough on release day, so I've put in a preoder with Amazon, no bundles on pre order just the console, so how much am I likely to pay over the odds, for a say consloe and say a couple of games, are the release day bundles going from past releases that much of a saving?

I recommend Humble Bundle's weekly offers. Recently bought the Walking Dead game for less than Ј3. Of course you have to be disciplined and not just buy anything 'because it's cheap'.

A question about : Trading Card Gamers, how do you cut your costs?

Calling all card gamers.

Being an MTG player, I know that it can rack up as a pretty expensive hobby. I thought it would be a good idea if we all pool together our cost cutting ideas. I always use magic madhouse as an estimator, and will only buy anything if it's cheaper than on there. Of course there's always mate's rates at FNM, but most of the time they wont have that specific card you need that you can't fork out Ј40 for.

A question about : Best Place to get a PS3

Our PS3 has just got a YLOD so I'm now a looking for a replacement, can anyone point me in the direction of the cheapest one, I don't care if its preowned or new BUT it must have a 12 month warranty.

It also can't be from Game as they have decided I am a fraud and won't process any orders, despite many purchases from them in the past.

• Ј139 seems to be the standard price for a new 12GB version. Argos, Tesco, Asda and Amazon all have it at that price.
