• btw - this is a low fat meat alterntive. Am veggie and love the stuff.
  the OH is a meat eater and like it too...can't wait for the recipe book1
  my fave is sweet and sour sauce, vegetables and quorn chunks with rice....yum...its gone midnight, i should be in bed and not feeling hungry!
