• I received my pen order today too but with no free pen, so I called them up. It seems this offer finished last week and they thought they had taken down all info about the free Pilot V5 pens, so they apologised and will remove the final page linked to here. They are currently re-doing their website and there will be plenty more offers in future.
  I can't complain, as the Pilot Frixion pens I bought were half price, with free delivery and arrived within 24 hours!
