• Oh well, I just decided to sign up also even though it does say that sign-up closed 19 October. Maybe they changed it but didn't change their T&Cs. This is the wording:

  One free gift per household whilst stocks last.
  Sign up closes on 19th October 2014, and you must sign up for our VIP program when collecting gift.
  Offer collection valid until Sunday 2 November 2014.

  Good offer. The only thing is the fact that it says 'while stocks last or 2nd November'. Hopefully by the time I get to the city next week, they will still have them. You would think because you have to choose the store, then you get an email confirmation which you take with you, along with ID, that they would keep the required claimed number aside until you arrive for it. With there not being a lot of L'Occitane stores around, many people may have to make a special trip so it would be a shame if this was a wasted trip although most people, like myself, will possibly make it a day out and do some more shopping at the same time. • Got mine - it's a very nice gift!
• What do you need claim it? i.e I printed the page that said " Welcome you can now claim your gift"
• It then sends you an email which says 'Your gift will be ready for collection'.
  You also need proof of ID and to take a copy of the email along.
  I just phoned my local L'Occitane store (Stratford Westfield) to ask if they still had the gift sets left as I am planning to go along tomorrow, and the lovely SA said they had plenty and she would put one aside for me to collect!
  It may be worth peeps to phone their local store beforehand.

• I was very pleased with the gift, which came in a nice box. On top of it I was given a sample sachet of moisturiser by the friendly staff. I was not asked for id, just gave them my email print out.
