• got mine today. won't be returning (unless it's free). the quality of the pictures is appaling (no it wasn't my images at fault). used snapfish 2yrs ago and it was brilliant.
  not a 1-off either. other family members also ordered and are disapointed.

• it's not worth Ј7.99 (dubious if it was worth the Ј2 p&p). It's a mug, it's usable but as far as clear pictures go it's terrible. (i'll do a comparison for you tomorrow when i have the 2 together).
  more annoyed that i recommended it to so many people.

• I ordered mine on the 27th and received yesterday. I'm very happy with the product - for Ј1.99 a complete bargain, so thanks again OP. I think the quality of the photos are good - I only used 3 photos though. Maybe the quality deteriorates the more you upload & the size decreases?
• i had the same number of photos as the old one (15). Having done a careful comparison the reason it looks worse is the band width. On the old ones the pcitures had more space (a good cm wider down the mug) which is causing the pictures now to be smaller and poorer quality.
  Perhaps they should reduce the 'maximum limit' with the change they have made.
• They sent me someone else's mug with photos on and I have not received mine, was for Mother's Day doubt I will get it in time now
• I ordered mine on 27th, just logged in to my account and showing as despatched on 28th but still awaiting my order. I know there is still time but thought it might have arrived by now. I've noticed others who ordered the same day as me have already received theirs on 2nd or 4th March. Hopefully mine will arrive tomorrow.
• I got mine and I think its lovely, the pictures are clear and I am very happy. Think its really great quality IMO
• Mine has jut arrived in the post. The photos are clear, definitely worth full price so a bargain at Ј1.99 delivered!
• I used 7 images on the mug and the photo quality was good, not excellent but worth the Ј2 postage.
• Not impressed with the mug. But I guess you get what you pay for. Was only a jokey present for Mum anyways, so no real loss.
