  • It is one per address not per new customer btw. I got a letter telling me off for using it when someone at my address had already used it before (OH). Great though as used it to send a parcel by ups next day and cost me 90p ish
  • I have just posted my first parcel for free having sold an item on eBay. However I charged and received postage when my item was sold, as I expected to use Royal Mail. My moral dilemma is should I refund the postage or not?
  • Tried using the parcel2go offer today - Paid extra for collection and 2 day delivery - they never collected (UPS) they never contacted me and they expect me to wait 8 hours the next day for a 'possible' collection - delivery is now 4 days (due to the weekend)
    Used (tried) once - never again - bad service I can get anywhere - use the direct links to the couriers. TERRIBLE SERVICE - (no wonder it is on offer!)
  • Just used this service - my advice is don't! Selected a next day delivery option so my parcel should have been collected today - received a text at 12.20pm to say collection had been attempted so I'd now need to rebook my parcel. Strange this as I work from home and can see my front door from my desk - no driver ever appeared! They should(!) be coming to collect tomorrow as it's too late for them to do so today even though it's only just 12.30 in the afternoon. Dreadful service :-(
  • Ordered a pick up collection on Friday for today (Monday) via Yodel. So far so good, parcel just picked up, was also texted this morning by Parcel2go to confirm pick up. Happy bunny. Will write again to confirm when parcel has been delivered.
  • Wasted an afternoon packing a parcel to the Netherlands (for the grandchildren) and trying to send using Parcel2Go.
    Went through the quote process and tried a couple of operators (PostNL and UPS) but each time got a message of "Your chosen service is not available to this destination" (after having filled in all the details).
    The live chat person on their Web site eventually said that this was because my sending post code was banned in their system - something about previous fraudulent activity. Given that I have no way of knowing about this or investigating it, all I can do is return to using Royal Mail.
  • Booked my collection online on Saturday evening for collection on Monday with Yodel next day delivery. Told collection would be between 7am and 7pm. Spent the whole day waiting. At 6pm a text message came to say that collection was attempted and to rebook collection. Unbelievable as I had waited in all day and nobody had been at all. Can't speak to anyone by phone so did live chat to be told that it would be rebooked for Tuesday and it was confirmed. AGAIN waited in the whole day. It is now 7.30pm Tuesday evening. Cancelled through live chat, as they wanted to rebook for collection again tomorrow. I've got better things to do than wait around for a courier, I'm going to post office. Won't use them again.
  • just tried to use this to return goods to a well known company but website refuses to deliver to po box.....
  • Updating previous comment - parcel was delivered as promised. Really pleased, saved myself some money.
  • Used Parcel2Go code but only received Ј8.33 discount not Ј10. According to them the offer was "Up to 10%" but no explanation of how they arrived at my figure. The parcel was picked up as promised by UPS and still in transit.
  • the tracking said the parcel was delivered at 19.50 tonight and signed for by her and my daughter in law rang me to say it wasnt i got intouch with parcels2go and was practically made a liar out of and after being on with them for a while trying to put in a loss parcel claim suddenly the tracking changed with city link saying item in our network (20:48 Mon 21/7/14 1 item: In our network.) they couldnt tell me why it said it was delivered and signed for which by the way it still says delivered 19:50 Mon 21/7/141 item: Successful delivery.   • had so many problems with Parcel2go so I won't use them any more. There are far, far better delivery companies out there.
  • More lies by them and still trying to make me out to be a liar.it was signed for as delivered then when i complained all of a sudden it appeared back at the depot and when it was delivered the next day the driver said it mustnt have been out for delivery the day before as there was no redelivery sticker on it this is one of the emails i got

    My apologies for the issues here, seems that this was scanned as delivered as a mistake of the driver but the customer was not in for the delivery to be made.

  • Just to balance out reviews, I have used Parcel2go once with the code and 2 times since. Opted for TNT and UPS, collected from my work address on the agreed date and delivered on the agreed date.
    I found it a great way to get cheap prices for delivery and will use again.
