A question about : Forthcoming Space Station Sightings

Thanks to Derek (torbrex) for reminding me about this!
The Space Station is back to see for insomniacs and night workers.
It is visible from tonight/ tomorrow morning. Times are

Not brilliant sightings but they do improve a bit from the 27th onwards!!!!

To see it face south and look up at the sky about 60 degrees above the horizon. The space station should go from West to East across the sky. A steady white light.

And for the rest of the month!

  • Any chance of some evening sightings coming up? Not sure I'll be up at 3 or 4 in the morning.
(unless those bl00dy seagulls wake me up at the crack of dawn again.. grrr.)
  • If you are quick, look up and see a big hot round yellow object in the sky
  • If I see someone waving back at me I hope it's not the chap doing a walkabout whilst his helmet is turning into a goldfish bowl
  • If you're getting your telescope out ....
Let us know if you spot any little green men Colin!

  • It was too cloudy to see anything this morning
  • I didn't see a thing....
Which is different to not feeling a thing...... (but that's another story!)
  • There will be no sighting again here this morning, far too cloudy with some mist about as well
  • Thick fog this morning, I could not even see the end of the street never mind the space station
  • Timings for the rest of the month!

(just a suggestion colin but could you not just change the thread title to "Forthcoming Sightings")
