A question about : Ford B max

Is anyone that has a Ford b max able to check the top of rear door paint near the runner, does the paint match the colour of the car completely as mine does not, in the inner part you can clearly see it is not, a black car would look awful as this would be very noticeable, this is why I think this area has been forgotten about as if this is normal the finish is awful.

Want to check if it is normal before travelling to the dealer, any help is appreciated

  • Unless it's been damaged and repaired, I seriously doubt the robots in the factory will have 'forgotten' to spray that part of your particular car.
  • Thanks for reply, I forgot to say we bought this car brand new, 6 months ago, It has been back to the dealer as paint flaws needed to be nibbed out, they said dust gets in at times, this is why I was hoping someone could check for me as don't want to pester them unless I am sure it is a problem, this is the first time I have had any issues with a brand new car.
If no body can confirm who has a b max I will pluck up the courage to take pics and ask the dealer if this is normal
  • If you're going to the dealer anyway, just have a look at one in the showroom. Or collar somebody in a carpark.
  • Thanks, I have been trying to ask when I see a b max parked when we walk along our prom but never see the owner lol. This would be the easy option, I don't want to embarrass myself at the dealers as I will need to find out if this is another paint flaw before showing it to him. I will try to take a pic and post it on here.
  • Pop along to a different dealer and have a look at one on the forecourt.
