A question about : First time to Netto

We're out at the weekend for lunch, and on the way we'll be passing a Netto - not been in there before, and wondered if it is worth a look and what we should definately give a miss or what is worth a buy?
We shop in Aldi and Lidl a fair bit, so wonder to expect a similar sort of shop?

  • You might get more answers on here so I've moved it over for you.
I like some things at Netto. The beans are cheap and I like them, the cornflakes are just like Morrisons own and much better than their bettabuy ones and nearly as cheap. Cat food can be cheaper and things like washing up sponges etc. Worth a look definitely.
  • I noticed there is loads more branded stuff in Netto than in Lidl and Aldi. Went yesterday and got a few bargains in for Chrimbo
  • ooh - where did I post this then and where was it moved to?! There are so many boards, and I don't often start a post that I don't know where to put things that aren't obvious - like on the mortgage board for example!
I'm pretty sure I'd heard before about there being more branded stuff in Netto - I guess we're looking for chrimbo more than food shopping as we're probably ok for grub till the end of the month!!!
  • It was in the old style board and I've moved it to 'I wanna' since it's not really an old style question.
Hopefully you'll get some more replies on here.
  • I shop between Lidl,Asda and Nettos. You get lots of offers on branded makes at Nettos compaired to Lidls.
