A question about : Finance Applications
Does anyone know if when applying for Finance we should be saying that we are a Private Tenant ( as living in Army Quarters) or Home Owner ( as we rent our home out to Private Tenants)?
I am thinking we should put renters, as our Electro Register is at our Army Quarter, but we own a Mortgage also which is obviously good for credit score!
Can someone point me in the right direction for checking this question?

- Been in the same position, put home owner, you are at the end of the day!! You have the mortgage to prove it as well
