A question about : faulty cosatto giggle pushchair

Hi All, I don't know if anyone can help me but I purchased a cosatto giggle pushchair in January 2013 from toys r us online and I still have proof of purchase, it collapsed last year and it had a recall on it, sent it back to get fixed, now its done it again with my little girl in in the middle of the road!!! rang cosatto they got it back (turns out there's another recall even though they have my details they've only sent the email after I rang them!) there not taking any reliability told me to contact the retailer. so I emailed toys r us and there not taking any responsibility either. This pushchair is not safe, fit for purpose or last a reasonable length of time, I'm not putting my little girl in this monstrosity again, I'm very much out of pocket as one its very expensive to purchase but now I need another one I can trust. Can anyone help with what I should do now to get any form of money back? Thanks x

  • Have you put in a complaint on one of their pictures on facebook https://www.facebook.com/clubcosatto?fref=ts
    Probably the quickest way to get it sorted out. Someone has already complained so its worth a punt.
