  And by the way I'm the same with my bath robe which I stole from my husband. It's umpteen sizes too big, it's tatty, I've lost the belt, but it's so comfy.
• Just off to walk dogs, having a 'domestic' day today, cleaning, washing, paying bills etc, weather's rubbish. Going to change our holiday money later But god the euros rate is bad never mind i will have to practice the word 'no' to the kids!!
  Wearing a beigey velour tracky with a pink vest underneath, no make up or accessories and got my glasses on today!!!

  I'm wearing my H&M pink skirt, a black top and a lovely pink necklace. I also have my fav Luna Llena purple velvet bag with me and it has attracted 3 compliments so far!!
  I love my old tatty PJs too. Thinking of buying that Body Shop bamboo bathrobe but it's meant to be quite long.. would that put you guys off?

  No, I haven't lost my mind. Nor am I going on holiday (yet). There's no real reason for the Spanish. Just felt like it this morning.
  Hope everyone is well and enjoying this frankly grim day (weather-wise).
  Yesterday I looked like I'd been dressed, while unconscious, by a well-wisher. Today I have made slightly more effort:
  Cream trousers, Banana Republic, Ј20
  Navy blue t-shirt, Gap, Ј10
  Purple trainers, Reebok, Ј20
  Oh, though. This is a variation on what I have worn every day this week (apart from Monday). I'm getting bored of my own wardrobe, which is never a good thing.
  I'm rather inspired by the vintage stuff that many of you are playing around with. Think I'm going to get a bit more experiemental next week (I'm in Edinburgh over the weekend so will be away from t'internet). Wish me luck!
• I'm such a clich! this morning - sitting on the sofa, wearing zebra print PJs and watching Gossip Girl! I've got today and tomorrow off work and just can't be bothered getting up! But I shall. In a minute. When this episode's over.
  Getting my hair cut and coloured at 12, so will definitely be up by then!

• Had to change outfits at the last minute this morning as it was tipping it down :rolleyes: So I'm now wearing:
  Dark blue jeans - Evans Ј20 (found them buried at the bottom of a drawer and they're brand new and very nice so I was pleased!)

  Oatmeal vest top - Dotty P's 3 for Ј12
  Short sleeved yellow cardi - can't remember where it's from but I know it was Ј5 in the sale. I've put new flower shaped buttons on it.

• Hi Sharron! I'm having it trimmed (it's a short crop style that currently looks like a mullet!) and my highlights done, I have quite fair blonde hair anyway so the highlights just boost my colour, I only have a half head but it always looks so fresh and shiny afterwards!
  I'm now up and dressed and wearing...
  Chocolate brown jersey dress (American Apparel, Ј25)
  Mustard yellow cardi
  Tan leather gladiators
  Big owl face ring
  Stack of metal bangles
  My fashionable moneysaving tip for today: try the new range of makeup in Primark - it's packaged just like Benefit stuff and is quite good! I bought a few coloured liquid eyeliners (Ј2 each) and have 'Tequilla Sunrise' on today... the brush is a bit feeble and you need a few coats but the colour's really good and for Ј2 you can't complain!
• Afternoon everyone!
  I'm doing my first day running the office by myself (eep! Although so far it's going fine, nothing awful has happened yet), and today's outfit is:
  - White scooped neck top with ruched three quarter length sleeves (bought cheap long sleeved top in Primark then put a bit of thread in the sleeves and pulled, because I'm not paying Ј16 for one with it done for me out of Topshop!)
  - Black pleated A-line knee length skirt with print of pink shoes, pink handbags and pink sunglasses (H&M, part of haul from sister)
  - Black kitten heel Mary Janes (New Look)
  Hair is straightened if a bit stuck together at the back after a body scrub incident in the shower this morning (and in need of a fringe trim, I must phone the hairdressers today), perfume is Gwen Stefani L and nail polish is 17 High Gloss in Poncho Pink.
  In work until half past five, then off home to flump and do some more job applications.

• Whoohoo everybody! I bowed out when it all got heated, coinciding with some busy days for me. I'm having a great week and, much to my delight, I think I'm losing weight!
  Today I'm in grey stretchy widelegs, a white and rainbow flag vest/t shirt with a grey and sequined vest bought some years ago in ASDA for under a fiver. Its one of my favourite tops. Oh, and my apron. Minimal jewellery (wedding ring, other rin and sparkley studs) and a pair of chea whit sunglasses for the garden. All in all its loungey but not sloppy. Not leaving home today so barefoot.

  LIR love the sequins and pinny look! That would brighten up the daily chores! I like the idea of a bit more glam for the 'round the house days'! Why not? Gotta make you feel more upbeat than the saggy joggers!!
  Today is my bright pastels print Flamingos t shirt.....and 3/4 white Principles cropped pants. Bare feet like LIR and must get this coral off my toenails soon. Had a nightmare Mary Portas was interviewing me outside a chazza shop (see 2 days ago post if you're confused by this) and they panned the camera down to admire my multi-coloured wedges and zoomed in on the outgrown coral toenail varnish
  Didn't get around to researching what to wear with my new red skirt yesterday. Any colour combo inspirations for wearing it with a twist for winter season folks? I'm sure I've seen red put with a certain shade of purple?????? Yes / No?? Maybe I'm dreaming!!
