A question about : Experian id insurance scam

Like many others I have issued a claim to Experian for the refund of these fees
Using the idealised letter prepared by martin

After 8 weeks experian write to reject my claim,but, go onto say they now have four test cases with FOS
Presumably using same idealised letter

The 8 week rule allows me to escalate my complaint to FOS

However,I wondered if anyone on this site had had a case heard yet by FOS

It would be useful to know outcome,since,a successful outcome would mean Experian would automatically refund without any further action needed

Failing a FOS decision it would be appreciated if someone would update this site once they do have a decision from FOS
