A question about : Exchange rates
Where are they?
As I'm planning an overseas holiday to New Zealand I thought I'd just find out Lloyds Bank's current exchange rates and where I can get current information about rates. Today's rate was given (poor as expected) but two different advisers could not help with where to find the day's rate. A third eventually recommended going into internet banking international payments and setting up a recipient, which would then give the exchange. I've tried this and it is a very long winded way of finding out the rate.
Does anyone know if there is a website that gives exchange rates for different banks and providers (both for buying currency and using an ATM abroad)?
Incidentally, I plan to take a preloaded card rather than use debit or credit cards but these will be taken as back up.
Thanks
