In the post today an offer from Egg / Canada Square Operations for Ј3052.31!

Acceptance already in the post, lol.

It is an old loan dating back to July '99. I had kept the original loan agreement document. Maybe this helped, I don't know.

Very happy it was upheld as I remember the phone conversation very clearly. No insurance - no loan.

So, don't be put off with old loans - you never know!

  Who did you send your PPI letter too?
  My wife had an egg credit card and thinks she might have been mis-sold PPI on it, unfortunately we haven't got the original details but we're still going to try and pursue it.
