  Magic’s Mystery Mix Up – Competition Rules
• This competition (the “Competition”) is organised by Bauer Radio Limited whose address is Mappin House, 4 Winsley Street, London W1W 8HF (the “Promoter”), who broadcasts the radio station currently known as “Magic” and who operates the website www.magic.co.uk associated with the radio station (the “Website”).
• The Competition will be open for entries (subject to these terms and conditions) from 0700 to 1800 daily during the period [14/9/09] to [6/11/09] inclusive (the “Competition Period”). Any entries received outside of the Competition Period will be deemed invalid. The Promoter however reserves the right to terminate the Competition at any time.
• All entrants must be over 18 years of age at the date of entry and resident in the UK. The eligibility of any entrant is at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
• Employees, families or agents of the Promoter or any of its associated companies are not eligible to enter the Competition. Only one entry per person and per household is permitted.
• NO PURCHASE OF ANY SORT IS NECESSARY to enter this Competition.
• To enter the Competition, entrants must register their name and telephone number on the Competition registration page on the Website. Every 20 minutes between 0700 and 1800 during each day of the Competition Period the Promoter will select at random the details of a registered entrant and scramble their name and telephone number into a series of letters and numbers, which the Promoter will then publish on the Website for a further period of 20 minutes only. Prize winners will be those entrants who can recognise the scrambled series of letters and numbers as containing their name and telephone number and who click the “It’s Me!” button on the Website during the 20 minute window during which the scrambled series is displayed.
• The prizes consist of a jackpot money prize, starting with a sum to be determined by the Promoter and increasing by Ј10 increments each 20 minutes until an entrant correctly clicks the “It’s Me!” button (the “Prize”). When an entrant successfully identifies his/her details, the jackpot accumulator will be reset to a base level determined by the Promoter. Prize Winners will be notified as soon as practicable if they have correctly identified their details and correctly clicked the “It’s Me!” button. The decision of the Promoter in relation to all entries and Prize claims is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If a Prize winner fails to respond to communication from the Promoter and/or fails (for whatever reason) to claim his/her prize within 14 days of receipt of the Promoter’s notification that he/she has won a Prize, the Prize winner who has not responded will not be entitled to a Prize or any alternative. Details of Prize winners’ name and county of residence can be requested by writing to the Promoter at the Promoter’s address shown above.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any lost, damaged or incomplete entries and all such entries will be deemed invalid. Proof of entry shall not be proof of delivery or receipt. Only entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions will be acceptable.
• Prizes will be paid by The Promoter by cheque, sent directly to the address provided by the claimant at the time of registration. The Promoter reserves the right to use any means necessary, but within reason to prove that the contact / address details provided by the prize winner are genuine. The Promoter hereby agrees to fulfil the prize within 14 days of verification of a genuine receipt of a winning entry from the Prize winner.
• Proof of age may be required before the Prize can be claimed by a Prize winner. Before a Prize is awarded, the Prize Winner may be required to sign a statement of eligibility and liability/publicity release.
• Prize winners agree to provide the Promoter with their full postal address, including post code, and photograph and Prize winners agree to take part in any promotional activity at the Promoter’s request and consent to their name, location and photograph being published for the purposes of this Competition and promoting the Promoter and its business.
• By entering the Competition, all entrants are deemed to accept these terms and conditions. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, change any of these terms and conditions at its discretion and post the details of any such change on its websites. The decision of the Promoter is final in respect of all matters connected with the Competition.
• The Promoter or its associated companies will keep details of all entries made on a database. By entering the Competition, entrants allow the Promoter and its associated companies to use this information and to pass this information to other relevant third parties (such as prize fulfilment houses) to enable the processing of this Competition; to enable the fulfilment of the Prize; and, where the entrant has given the requisite consent, to share this information with other companies, in order that the entrant may be sent details of those companies’ goods and services by email, post and SMS.
