1. Eligibility: No purchase necessary to enter. This promotion is open to all United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18+ other than employees and their immediate families of Noble Foods Limited (the “Promoter”), its agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. Only one text entry per person per day will be eligible for the competition. Entries submitted via third parties, automated entries or bulk entries are prohibited and we reserve the right to refuse you the prize if we reasonably suspect that your entry was submitted by such means. Any person trying to circumvent the entry process by any method (e.g. multiple names, phones or address) will be disqualified (along with their household and any other associated entries) for the duration of the promotion.
3. Promotional Period: The promotion opens on 9th February 2015 and closes on 9th March 2015.

4. How to enter: Text Fridge to 81066. A text message will normally cost the standard rate for your service provider, please check with your service provider for more details. The cost of text messages via different service providers may vary.

6. Prizes: There are three Smeg FAB28 fridges to be won; plus 20 x runners up prizes of Ј100 supermarket shopping vouchers (at the supermarket of the winners choice). There is no cash alternative in whole or in part.

7. Winner selection: At the close of the Promotional Period, the first three successful entrants chosen at random by computer will (subject to the relevant checks) win the Smeg fridges, the next 20 successful entrants will win the Ј100 supermarket shopping vouchers.

8. Winner notification: Within 4 weeks of the closing date, winners will be contacted by text.
9. Should a winner not claim their prize within 28 days of receiving notice from the Promoter that they have won the prize, the Promoter will re-draw winners on 31st March for any unclaimed or un-won prizes with winners notified by text or telephone within 14 days.
General
10. The winner of the Smeg fridges will be able to choose the colour and left or right hand nature of the fridge. The cost of delivery is included in the prize.
11. Winners of the supermarket vouchers will be able to choose the supermarket for the voucher. Only supermarkets who offer vouchers will be acceptable.
12. Any personal data collected will only be for the duration of this promotion and will not be used for any other purpose.
13. Only one entry per person per day.
14. The full name and county of residence of the prize winners will be published at www.bigandfresh.co.uk within three months of the promotion closing date.
15. All prizes have a value of at least Ј1.00. There is no cash or other prize alternative to any of the prizes offered, in whole or in part, except owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.
