Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 5.00 p.m. on Thursday 5 March 2015.
Competition closes for entries via post at 5.00 p.m. on Thursday 5 March 2015.
Up to 37 entries per phone number. Maximum 39 entries per person, per entry method (Postal/Text/Phone).
The winner must be a UK resident, aged 18 years or over.
Calls costs no more than Ј1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.
Text entries costs Ј1.50 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.
In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.
Car
This element of the Prize consists of a Mini Cooper 3 door Hatch 1.5 in Pepper White with Carbon Black Firework cloth upholstery including twelve (12) months’ road tax, first registration fee and a full tank of fuel. The Prize Provider will use reasonable efforts to deliver the car to the winner’s home address within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car, a current driver’s licence and/or current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport, and proof of address. The winner is responsible for insuring the car and all other costs associated with taking up the Prize. The winner may choose to register the car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.
Holiday
This element of the Prize consists of a holiday to Las Vegas, USA for the winner and three (3) companions. The Prize includes:
· Return economy class flights from London Heathrow Airport (LHR) to Las Vegas McCarran International Airport (LAS) for the winner and three (3) companions (including one (1) item of hold luggage and one (1) item of hand luggage per person). Flights may be indirect;
· Return ground transfers (by private limousine) between Las Vegas McCarran International Airport (LAS) and the hotel in Las Vegas;
· Hotel accommodation for five (5) nights at a 5 star hotel on the Las Vegas strip for the winner and three (3) companions on a room only basis. The winner and three (3) companions will stay in either two (2) double or twin rooms based on two (2) adults sharing each room, or in a family room based on a family of four (4) sharing a family room (where any children are aged 12 years or under on the dates of travel) or two (2) adjoining or interconnecting rooms (double or twin rooms, subject to availability) where any children are aged between 13 and 17 years of age on the dates of travel) (winner to choose accommodation, subject to availability at the time of booking). Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes;
· The winner and three (3) companions will receive standard tickets to attend three (3) performances during their stay in Las Vegas. Secure delivery of the tickets to the winner by email or registered post is included; and
· Travel insurance will be supplied to the winner and three (3) companions prior to departure.
The Prize will also include the delivery of the itinerary, travel documentation and prize winner management which includes access to an out-of-hours phone number staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and a comprehensive feedback report on the winner’s return.
This element of the Prize is subject to availability and must be booked and taken up by 31 January 2016. This element of the Prize must not be taken between 10 December 2015 and 7 January 2016 (inclusive).
The trip must be booked at least ninety (90) days prior to the intended travel date. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companions are available to take the Prize on the relevant dates.
