A question about : Do I have a legal right to my data usage figures ?
The company I work for have asked their broadband provider for details of the data usage over the last few months.
After a series of excuses the broadband provider are now saying they do not provide data although the same provider charged us for exceeding our data allowance 18 months ago.
Do we have a legal right to see our data usage ?

- You could try using the freedom of information act. This is information held about you and how much you used so should come under this act as its not involving anybody else so no data protection rules in providing you with your own information. I'm under the impression that you have the legal right for any information held by any company about yourself whether the data usage would come under this ive no idea but I'd say it does. I'm also assuming that your company has the right to any information about these things also.
