Dental implants abroad

A question about : Dental implants abroad

Morning all,
I need to have 3 dental implants fitted in as it is impacting my smile and confidence.
Having looked at the cost in the UK and comparing it to Malta, Turkey, Bulgaria, it's very expensive to have it done here.

Has any of you had experience of having it done abroad? If so, where, prices and would you recommend?
