I have just got back of a 2 week holiday to come home to a letter from moriarty law instruced by merligen investments LTD to recover this debt. Ј61.89

I paid this debt in 2012 but dont have proof what do I do as they have charged me Ј80 court fees/solictors costs/interest

  Write and tell them its been paid, its up to them to prove you haven't !!!!
• It says it will go to court/legal bla bla bla if not paid within 14 days
• This is a debt from 2010 crazy!!!
