csa payments!!!

A question about : csa payments!!!

so for the past 2 years I have been chasing the csa for payments from my ex, who doesn't want to pay a penny, he doesn't have anything to do with our son nor does he pay a penny towards his upkeep.

so 4 months ago they finally caught him and he's been through budgeting and has to pay Ј170 to me a month, he has paid csa but its going to take them another 10 days to get the payment to me! is this correct as it seems a bit odd how it takes 10 days for them to send me my money ???

• It can take up to that long yes. The money comes in, has to be allocated and then released. Its been 2 years.... 10 more days wont hurt and then if they manage to collect money regularly from him, then should should get into your bank on a regular basis.
