Credit reference Search???

A question about : Credit reference Search???

I clicked on the home page Credit Card Eligibility Checker and within a minute I have a search result for Money Saving Expert on my Experian Credit report????? I havent even applied for any cards or filled in an application form even though it states on the web page that it would be added to my credit referance! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRrr

  "Unlike applying, which leaves a mark on your credit file, we use a 'soft search' - which you can see on your file, but lenders can't. So it NEVER impacts your ability to get credit in future."
  It's nothing to worry about.
